Misses' One-Size Vintage Jiffy Caftan This reproduction of our original vintage 1970s pattern is an easy cut, simple to sew Jiffy pattern for a Misses' caftan in two lengths. The caftan with stitching lines for small (8-10), medium (12-14), large (16-18) and extra-large (20-40) has side openings. Short length has novelty fridge trim and the second view is ankle length.
